If you enter into a contract for APCI to provide services to you, we will collect your name, job title, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other information that we need as part of the contract terms and to perform the contract and bill you for services performed. We have relationships with third parties who provide the vehicles to transport the passengers. The information you provide to us will be shared with the parties providing the vehicles to the extent necessary for them to provide the transportation services. These service providers are contractually required to maintain the confidentiality of the information we provide them.

 

APCI at times provides an opt-out box on forms which allow the user to request that APCI refrain from disclosing to third parties the data it collects.
